| You can settle your premium payment
either via direct debit from your
HK dollar bank account or Sun Life
Financial credit card. |

| To set up an autopay instruction,
please contact your consultant or our Customer Services Centre at (852) 2103
8928 to obtain the application form. |

| Bank account autopay |
 |
Under normal circumstances, the bank autopay
application takes around 4-6 weeks to set up and we
accept the bank autopay payment from the policy owner, insured or beneficiary
of the policy only. |
 |
Only HK currency account is acceptable. |
|
| Sun Life Financial credit card autopay |
 |
If you are the Sun Life Financial credit card
holder, you may settle your premium by using the Sun Life Financial credit card
autopay service. For autopay application, it will take 7 days to setup and the
cardholder must be the policy owner, insured or beneficiary of the policy. |
