In relation to the insurance charge:
Only applicable to FORTUNE Builder, FORTUNE and Rainbow Saver:

• the insurance charge may increase significantly during the term of the policy due to a combination of factors, for example, age, investment return of your investment-linked funds etc.;
• the higher the insurance charge, the lesser the amount of premium is available for investment;
• the insurance charge may increase significantly to a level that your policy value is not enough to cover the policy charges (including the insurance charge and other charges), particularly where your investment-linked funds have been incurring significant losses. In such cases your policy will be terminated early and you will not be able to enjoy any death benefit or other benefits, and you may suffer total loss of your investment.
