Learn how to view your accounts, track request statuses, access eStatements, and use our MPF Navigator to plan your retirement with ease.
Sun Life MPF has joined eMPF. Please submit instructions for fund switching or updating personal details directly via the eMPF Platform.
Please go to the eMPF platform to submit your request.
How to view your MPF accounts
Step 1
Go to the Accounts tab, then select the MPF tab if you have both insurance and MPF accounts with us.
Step 2
Scroll down to view all your Sun Life MPF accounts, then tap View details on your chosen account.
Step 3
Review your transaction and contribution history on the MPF account details page.
How to view your MPF transaction history
Step 1
Go to the Accounts tab, then select the MPF tab if you have both insurance and MPF accounts with us.
Step 2
In the quick links section, select MPF transaction history.
Step 3
If you have multiple MPF accounts, switch between them to view your transaction requests made on the eMPF Platform. Tap View details for more information.
Step 4

How to view your MPF request status
Step 1
Go to the Services tab and select MPF request status within the MPF services section at the bottom.
Step 2
Choose your Sun Life MPF account from the drop-down menu, then tap View details on any request.
Step 3
Review the specific request details, keeping in mind that history is available for the past 24 months.
How to find your MPF eStatements
Step 1
Go to the Services tab and select MPF eStatements within the MPF services section at the bottom.
Step 2
Choose your Sun Life MPF account from the drop-down menu, then tap View documents to see the details.
Step 3
Tap Filter & sort to narrow down your search and easily find specific documents.
Step 1
Go to the Services tab and select MPF Navigator within the MPF services section at the bottom.
Step 2
Review introduction details of MPF Navigator, then tap Agree & Continue to proceed.
Step 3
Read through the disclaimer, then tap Agree & continue.
Step 4
Tap Start to launch MPF Navigator and begin your setup.
Step 5
Complete the risk profile questionnaire to help us evaluate your investment appetite and knowledge.
Step 6
Based on your risk tolerance, we recommend a reference portfolio tailored to you.
Step 7
You can also use our simulation tool to build and customise your own portfolio.
Step 8
Use the portfolio comparison tool to contrast different asset allocations before making a final decision.
