On the other hand, clients and the public are reminded not to disclose any sensitive personal information to any suspicious calls, and to protect their sensitive personal information at all times. Clients and public could call the Police Anti Scam Helpline 18222 for any doubt.
To implement the Restructure, online services under Sun Life MPF Comprehensive Scheme for participating employers is discontinued from 5:00pm on November 22,2023. You can access the information of the transferred account and submit instructions via the online services of Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme starting from 9:00am on December 4, 2023. For details of the suspension and resumption of online services, please refer to the Restructure Notice dated August 25, 2023 or contact our Customer Hotline at 3183 1800.

To facilitate the record transfer from Sun Life MPF Master Trust ("Sun Life Master") to Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme during the Restructure, there will be a suspension period for the process of instructions (such as contribution allocations, fund switching, change of investment mandates, transfer or withdrawal of accrued benefits) and dealings under Sun Life MPF Master Trust. If you wish your instruction(s) processed under Sun Life MPF Master Trust before the Effective Date of the Restructure, valid and complete instructions need to be received by the administrator of Sun Life MPF Master Trust, BestServe Financial Limited on or before the respective cut-off dates and times (if any) as set out in the Restructure Notice. To implement the Restructure, online services under Sun Life MPF Master Trust for employers and members will be discontinued from 5:00pm on August 23, 2023 respectively. You can access the information of the transferred account and submit instructions via the online services of Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme starting from 9:00 am on September 4, 2023. For details of respective suspension periods, cut-off dates and/or times, transitional arrangements of the Restructure and the suspension and resumption of online services, please refer to the Restructure Notice dated May 25, 2023 or contact our Customer Hotline at 3183 1800.
