When you need medical treatment overseas, do not worry! We provide you a comprehensive and caring one-stop overseas medical services support.

Our one-stop services include:

  • Referral and Pre-Selection of best cost/quality hospitals and choice of the most appropriate medical facility
  • Review of medical case with medical experts from international medical network
  • Visa facilitation
  • Travel arrangement (reservation of air ticket for the treatment overseas), ground transportation, arrangement of hotel accommodation for family members
  • Organization of treatment and coordinate with the treatment teams for close medical monitoring as needed
  • Regular update on medical condition to insured and family members
  • Hospital admission and discharge arrangement
  • Medical repatriation from the place of treatment overseas to home country

Step 1: Contact us

  • Call HMG 24-hour hotline at (852) 3002 0816 and provide the required information
  • HMG will inform you on the turnaround and arrange the appointment

Step 2: Confirm service

  • Confirm with HMG whether to proceed with the service.

Step 3: Make appointment

  • Upon your confirmation, HMG will confirm the appointment with the service provider. A confirmation notification, including name of service provider, address, date and time will be sent to you via e-message. 

Tips: If any fees and charges are not covered under your policy or by the third-party company shall be borne by you.
