Online Pension Services Centre is a web portal to assist members managing their MPF accounts more efficiently via internet, putting you in control. Online Pension Services Centre allows you to access the following information and functions:

  • Check MPF account balance, gain/loss, account portfolio and account details;
  • Check historical and latest fund prices;
  • Download Member Statement;
  • Review transaction details;
  • View MPF Advisors details (if applicable);
  • Viewing Preferential Management Fee (if applicable);
  • Inbox for receiving the latest information ; and
  • View personal information, including
    - Opt for MPF Account Balance SMS Service

Sun Life MPF Mobile App, launched by the Sponsor of Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme, is an all-in-one one-stop mobile app specialised for Sun Life MPF members. Through the enhanced user interface and easy-to-use operation flow, it serves as a comprehensive MPF management tool that helps you manage your MPF account more effectively and efficiently. Its functions include:

  • Check MPF account balance, gain/loss, account portfolio and account details;
  • Download Member Benefit Statement; and
  • View personal information, including
    - Opt for MPF Account Balance SMS Service

  • This tool aims to encourage MPF members to take a more active role in managing their retirement savings;
  • Through a simple assessment, provides members up to five “Reference Investment Portfolios” based on members’ risk tolerance, investment goals, and investment preferences; and
  • Provides quarterly updates to ensure MPF members receive timely information in response to market changes

When filling in the “Member Enrolment Form”, Members may choose to opt for our e-Alert Service. With this service, members will receive the following MPF account updates and market updates via email or SMS:

You are suggested to review the fund price and performance of your selected MPF fund(s) before making informed investment decisions. Our MPF Fund Price & Performance web page provides you updated fund information, including daily fund prices, annulized returns and calendar year returns.

When choosing an MPF scheme and constituent funds, you may want to make some comparisons in different aspects, such as fees and charges and fund performance, in order to choose the most suitable scheme and/or investment portfolio. You may visit MPF Fund Platform provided by Mandatory Provident Fund Authority (“MPFA”) and MyMPFChoice.com (provided by the Administrator of Sun Life’s MPF schemes) to compare schemes and constituent funds in different aspects.

The following matters and activities are conducted by the eMPF Platform: (available from 3 October 2025)

  1. processing registration of eMPF Platform for participating employers and scheme members;
  2. processing enrolment in registered schemes for participating employers and scheme members;
  3. processing MPF contributions and default contributions;
  4. processing scheme members’ investment instructions (including investment instructions on new contributions and switching instructions);
  5. processing transfers of benefits within the registered scheme or between registered schemes or from occupational retirement schemes to registered schemes;
  6. processing claims and withdrawal of MPF benefits;
  7. processing the offset and refund of severance payments and long service payments to participating employers and/or scheme members/claimants;
  8. processing of changes of participating employer and scheme member particulars;
  9. giving of notices and documents to participating employers and scheme members;
  10. handling of enquiry and complaint; and
  11. following up with participating employers and scheme members on any unclear scheme administration instructions.
