Online Pension Services Centre is a web portal to assist members managing their MPF accounts more efficiently via internet, putting you in control. Online Pension Services Centre allows you to access the following information and functions:

  • Check MPF account balance, gain/loss, account portfolio and account details1;
  • Perform fund switching and change of investment mandate1;
  • Check historical and latest fund prices1;
  • Download Member Benefit Statement1;
  • Opt for receiving electronic statements2;

Through the enhanced user interface and easy-to-use operation flow, it serves as a comprehensive MPF management tool that helps you manage your MPF account more effectively and efficiently. Its functions include:

  • Check MPF account balance, gain/loss, account portfolio and account details;

To assist members enrolling in our MPF scheme(s), we provide you smart fillable enrolment forms. Please visit Find a form to choose a suitable smart fillable enrolment form. You can simply print the completed smart fillable enrolment form, then sign and return to the Administrator of our MPF schemes.

When filling an enrolment form, you may choose to opt for our e-Alert Service. With this customer-centric service, you will receive the following MPF account updates and market updates via email or SMS::

When choosing an MPF scheme and constituent funds, you may want to make some comparisons in different aspects, such as fees and charges and fund performance, in order to choose the most suitable scheme and/or investment portfolio. You may visit MPF Fund Platform provided by Mandatory Provident Fund Authority (“MPFA”) and MyMPFChoice.com (provided by the Administrator of Sun Life’s MPF schemes) to compare schemes and constituent funds in different aspects.

Our digital tools will assist employers and human resources executives to manage their MPF accounts in a convenient way.

Online Pension Service Centre is an internet tool to assist employers/ human resources executives to manage MPF account more effectively, especially minimizing the administrative work required. The key functions of Online Pension Services Centre include:

  • Review the Employer Statement1
  • Provide the contribution history2
  • Show the outstanding surcharge (if any) imposed by MPFA1
  • Calculate and submit MPF contributions3
  • Upload contribution files1
  • Report members’ termination3
  • Opt for receiving electronic statements3
  • Download employer’s frequently used forms2; and 
  • Calculate the Long Service Payment or Severance Payment for terminated employees1

To support MPF administrative tasks management, we provide employers/ human resources executives with Alpha Human Resources Management System (“AlphaHRMS”) developed by Asia Pacific Soft Limited. With this digital tool, MPF administration becomes newly effortless. The key functions of AlphaHRMS include but are not limit to:

  • Handling multiple MPF schemes;
  • Calculating contribution amounts (including mandatory and voluntary contributions) for new and existing employees;
  • Handling groups of companies and supporting intra-group employee transfers;
  • Preparing pay slips for employees;
  • Managing and maintaining employee records;
  • Supporting autopay file format of major banks; and
  • Supporting various taxation reporting files
