We are always here on your road to recovery, on top of the medical assistance provided to you, we are also here to offer you more assistance to assist you getting back to normal life. You can arrange the following services2 from HMG, HMG will provide at least two shortlisted service providers for the insured to select from. Please note that we cover only the administrative support of the above service, all the actual costs of the services referred or arranged shall be borne by you.
1. Spouse Care
Arrange an appointment with a registered psychologist for psychological counselling insured’s spouse within 2 business days upon receiving your request from the time when all necessary proof or documents received.

Arrange a qualified babysitter or child caretaker to take care of a maximum of 2 insured’s children under the age of 15 at insured's residence (maximum of 8 hours of service per policy) within 24 hours from the time when all necessary proof or documents received

Provide a domestic helper for home care services, including housekeeping, cooking and clothes washing at your residence (maximum of 8 hours of services per policy) within 24 hours upon receiving your request from the time when all necessary proof or documents received.
6. Hospital Discharge Assistance
Designated client should be insured under any of the following plans:

Step 1: Contact us
Call HMG 24-hour hotline at (852) 8199 1119 and provide the required information, including your personal information for Identification, policy number, mobile number and preferred network hospital or specialist (if any). HMG will advise you on the turnaround or notification times required for the arrangement(s) of the appropriate service provider(s), location(s), and estimated expenses upon request.
Step 2: Confirm service
Confirm with HMG whether to proceed with the service.
Step 3: Make appointment
Upon your confirmation, HMG will confirm the appointment with the service provider and notifying you including the name of service provider, address, date and time and related fee (if applicable) via e-message.
Tips: If any fees and charges are not covered under your policy or by the third-party company shall be borne by you.
