How to enrol in the MPF Reward Membership Program
The MPF Reward Membership Program is an invitation-only scheme designed exclusively for selected clients of the Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme. This program rewards you with exclusive lifestyle privileges while equipping you with the tools to smartly manage and confidently grow your retirement savings for a brighter future.
Step 1
Go to the Privileges tab, then tap Join now on the MPF Reward Membership Program banner.
Step 2
Read the program details, tick the declaration box at the bottom of the page, and tap Join now.
Step 3
View your new membership card and tailored offers instantly upon enrolment by tapping Explore benefits.
Step 4
Discover the exclusive rewards and benefits available under your membership tier.
How to redeem a “Tailored for you” privilege
Step 1
Go to the Privileges tab, then select Explore more privileges.
Step 2
On the MPF Reward Membership page, browse the available privileges under Tailored for you and tap View details on the one you want.
Step 3
Review the reward details, terms and conditions, then tap Redeem now.
Step 4
Once the success screen appears, tap View voucher to open your eVoucher.
Step 5
To view your redeemed offers at any time, go to the Vouchers & eTickets page.
How to use an eVoucher
Step 1
Go to the Privileges tab, then select Vouchers from the top menu.
Step 2
Select the Active tab and select the voucher or eTicket you want to use.
Step 3
Review the voucher details and terms and conditions, then tap Use now.
Step 4
View usage instructions and follow the on-screen instructions, which may vary depending on the offer.
Step 5
Tap Mark as used once finished to move the item to your Used vouchers section.
Step 6
Access your redemption history and past details anytime under the Used / Expired tab.
How to use a merchant offer
Step 1
Go to the Privileges tab, then select Merchant offers from the top menu.
Step 2
Browse the available offers, or sort them by Recently added or Expiring soon.
Step 3
Review the offer details, then tap Use now.
Step 4
Read the How to use notes and follow the instructions to enjoy your perk.
