This Limited Time Promotion Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized and operated by Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“Sun Life HK”, “we” or “us”).
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, the participants understand and expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Campaign details
1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
Between 29 July 2024 and 31 December 2025 (both days inclusive).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 During the Campaign Period, an individual who:
a) is 18 years old or above;
b) is NOT a financial intermediary of Sun Life HK or an existing client of Sun Life HK;
c) has completed Sun Life HK’s prescribed form available at Sun Life HK’s website (www.sunlife.com.hk), entered the promotion code (“ACQ202501”) in the promotion code field of the prescribed form, and submitted the form with personal information including, name, SMS-enabled mobile phone number and email address successfully;
d) has met with a designated advisor of Sun Life HK; and
e) has completed an electronic financial needs analysis questionnaire in the prescribed form of Sun Life HK,
(each of such individual, an “Eligible Participant”) shall be entitled to one redemption code from Sun Life HK to redeem one of the Gifts (as defined in Clause 3 below).
2.2 The submission time and status (successful or otherwise) will be based on the records kept by Sun Life HK. This Campaign will close after the Campaign Period.
2.3 Each mobile phone number and email address can only be submitted once. Any repeated submission will be considered invalid.
3. GIFTS AND SELECTION
3.1 The following gifts will be available for selection (each a “Gift”, collectively the “Gifts”):

2. Now TV Soccer Pack 1-month Pass (Without Set-Top Box) (1 set);
3. Now TV Now Signature Pack 3-month Pass (Without Set-Top Box) (1 set);

5. 3GB China & Macau Roaming Data Pack (4 sets);
6. Data Roaming Pack- Seven 24 hours Pass (15 destinations) (4 sets);
7. DrGo HK$398 Video Consultation e-Voucher (1 set).
8. The Club e-Voucher HK$400.
3.2 The Gifts will be given out in a first come, first served basis. We have made available a maximum of 4,000 Gifts. Each Eligible Participant can be entitled to one Gift only.
4. REDEMPTION OF THE GIFT
4.1 The redemption and use of the Gifts shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the Gift as mentioned in Clause 5.
4.2 Sun Life HK will send an SMS to the mobile phone number provided by the Eligible Participant for Gifts redemption within 7 working days after the Eligible Participant has completed all steps in Clause 2.1 above. There will be a hyperlink in the SMS and by clicking such hyperlink, Eligible Participant will be directed to a webpage maintained by On-us Group Holding Ltd of which s/he can select a Gift. After selecting a Gift, Eligible Participant will get the redemption code right away on the webpage. Eligible Participants shall follow the procedures stated on the webpage and redeem the Gifts from the supplier before the expiry date as stated on the webpage.
4.3 Sun Life HK is not responsible for verifying the mobile phone number submitted by Eligible Participants for participating in the Campaign. Should there be any mis-delivery of SMS notification resulted from inaccurate / incorrect information submitted by the Eligible Participants, Sun Life HK will not re-issue the redemption code.
4.4 No refund, cash redemption or substitution of the Gifts by Eligible Participants is permitted. Sun Life HK may at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gifts (or part of the Gifts) with an alternative gift of equal monetary value and/or specification.
5. THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER
5.1 The Gifts are provided by Now TV Limited (“Now TV”), Club HKT Limited (”The Club”),eSmartHealth Limited (“eSmartHealth”) and CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”) (collectively “Suppliers”) and are distributed by On-us Group Holding Ltd. Sun Life HK is not the supplier of the Gifts. Any enquiry or complaint for the quality related to the redemption and use of the Gifts should be directed to the relevant Suppliers. Sun Life HK shall assume no responsibility and liability in respect of the Gifts. The Suppliers are solely responsible for all service offered to Eligible Participants.
5.2 In respect of the Gifts and their related products and services, no warranty is expressed or implied. Sun Life HK specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. NO INDEMNITY
Unless expressly provided in these terms and conditions, Sun Life HK does not give any assurances or promises of any kind nor does Sun Life HK gives any representations, warranties, undertakings of whatever nature to the Eligible Participants or any third parties.
7. GENERAL
7.1 Sun Life HK is an insurance company. However, nothing herein is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, insurance product or other products or services by Sun Life HK.
7.2 If for any reason the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to an event of force majeure or any other cause outside Sun Life HK reasonable control, Sun Life HK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign without prior notice.
7.3 Sun Life HK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising from this Campaign, the decision of Sun Life HK shall be final and conclusive.
7.4 Any person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any of the terms herein under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623.
7.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The Eligible Participant and Sun Life HK submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
