Alert: Suspected Fraudulent Promotion Activities

Hong Kong, August 8, 2024 – Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (“Sun Life”) would like to alert the general public and Clients again to stay vigilant against possible fraudulent promotion activities. Fraudsters have created fraudulent website under the name of “香港永明保險官網” (http://www.hgjyym.com/). The suspected fraudulent activities have been reported to the Insurance Authority.

Sun Life reiterates it has no connection to the fraudulent website. Clients and the public are reminded to stay vigilant and not to provide their personal or account information or transfer payment to unofficial or unverified websites purported to be in connection with Sun Life.

If the public or Clients are concerned that they may have disclosed any personal information or have conducted any financial transactions through the fraudsters, they should immediately contact the Hong Kong Police Force Anti-Deception Coordination Centre at (852) 18222.
