You can submit claims online without leaving home through our eClaim service. Not only can you submit your claim requests quickly and easily through My Sun Life HK, but you can also get your payments quickly through Faster Payment System (FPS)3. Under our one-stop system and with the support of FPS, we can now settle and pay accident claims submitted through My Sun Life HK within 24 hours at the earliest4.

Now you can also receive regular payouts from your policies through My Sun Life HK including cash bonuses, cash, cash rewards, women’s health check-up benefits, guaranteed returns at maturity, and auto-pay via FPS3, all quickly and easily.

  1. Designated products include all insurance plans except Investment-Linked Fund.
  2. Applicable to applications for individual insurance policy in Hong Kong. Applications outside Hong Kong (including the People's Republic of China) will not be accepted.
  3. Applicable to clients who select the FPS as payment channel. An FPS account must be held by the policy owner .
  4. Only for Individual accident benefits. Documents and information provided shall be complete and valid, and submitted via My Sun Life HK; clients must have selected to receive claim payments via the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Faster Payment System (FPS). Subject to terms and conditions of FPS and My Sun Life HK.
