HOW TO SUBMIT CLAIMS ON MY SUN LIFE HK APP?
Step 2.1
Go to ‘Claims’ section and click ‘Make a Claim’
Step 2.2
Select your claim type, enter details and upload photos of supporting documents
Step 2.3
Review and submit claim. If we need additional original supporting documents, the app will provide further instructions
Please submit the required documents within 90 days from date of discharge/surgery/consultation.

LIFE HK APP?
We may request additional information during the claims process.
If you have submitted your claim via My Sun Life HK app, you would receive a pending notification with instructions on the information required.
You may check your claim status in My Sun Life HK app.

After the claim is processed, payment will be made via the method you have selected during the claim submission:
Claim status tracking is currently exclusive for Accident as well as Hospitalization & Surgical claims
submitted via My Sun Life HK app or paper forms.
For other types of claims, please contact your advisor or our Client Service Centre at (852) 2103 8928 for your claim status.
BY DEFAULT
You will receive a push notification once your claim status changed. Click on the notification and it will direct you to the claim details

If you did not receive or missed the notification, open the app and click on ‘Claims’ section
STEP 2
Select the claim that you would like to check its status
STEP 3
The claim status is shown at the top right corner of the claim details
