After receiving the required documents, your claim will be processed within 4 working days*.
*Calculated from the date of claim received to the date of the first pending claim notice / claim result. The actual time required to handle claims may be dependent on the complexity of the claim, the completeness of the information submitted and the timeliness of responses from relevant parties (e.g., medical providers).
We may request additional information during the claims process.
