One-Stop Policy Value Management

We've recently made an update on My Sun Life HK . Meet the new SunWallet! 

SunWallet is a useful tool for you to take control of policy value accumulated in your policies. Even if you are residing overseas, you can utilize policy value remotely with your mobile. By performing value withdrawal  or transfer , it accommodates your financial needs, from sudden medical expenses to education funds for children.

One-off Value Withdrawal

There are plenty of payout methods for you to choose from, no matter you are living in Hong Kong or overseas:

Multi-Currency Payouts for Overseas Bank Transfer

Value withdrawal is easy even if you are residing outside of Hong Kong - because you can now receive payouts with your overseas bank account!¹ We support payouts in the following currencies:

1, 2 and 3 please refer to the "Note" section below.  

Waiver of 1st admin fee!

Policy owner of any of these 3 products can enjoy a waiver of admin fee for the 1st transaction of such policy every policy year!

By submitting a request to transfer policy value on a regular basis, you can:

Note: 

  1.  The overseas bank account that receives payout must be issued in the country same as the payout currency, e.g. if the payout currency is Australian Dollar, the overseas bank account must be issued in Australia.
  2. Receiving payouts in Euro only applies to bank accounts issued in the United Kingdom.
  3. If the policy currency is USD, and the client would like to receive payouts in USD via a non-US-issued bank account, Telegraphic Transfer (TT) can be exercised. Administration fees will be waived for the 1st eligible transaction of each policy year for specified products.
