To get ready for the new My Sunlife Hong Kong experience, the existing My Sun Life HK and Sun Life MPF apps and online services will be unavailable from 6:00 PM on 2 November to 8:00 AM on 3 November 2026. Please complete any necessary transactions in advance.
Once services resume:
- My Sun Life HK App users can update to the latest version;
- Sun Life MPF App users can download the new My Sunlife Hong Kong;
- You can log in with your existing My Sun Life HK or Sun Life MPF account to start exploring the new features.
