Our Online Pension Services Centre has been fully enhanced to bring you more handy and client friendly functions. Here is the highlight of the key changes. Please login to experience the new Online Pension Services Centre now!

 

For Employer

1. New Login ID  Please add “00000” after your existing employer code to login the new platform, e.g. for existing employer code “12345”, please use “1234500000” as the new employer code.
2. More Secured After login, you are required to set a new password to better protect your account information.
3. Convenient You can now create your own username which is easier to remember.
4. Flexible You can reset your password using the one-time password (“OTP”) sent through your registered e-mail  anytime and anywhere.
5. Distinct A new Employer Dashboard gives you an overview of your account information at one glance! You can also retrieve all letters and statements in the past 24 months.

For Member
