Cancer and Stroke Family Support Program1

If you are unfortunate to diagnose with a cancer related illness or suffers from a stroke, you can connect with the HMG network psychologist and sign up for two free psychological support sessions for you and your immediate family members2 as the mental health support.

After the first 2 sessions for free, if you wish to continue psychological counselling services and treatment with the network doctor, the cost of additional treatment cost will be borne by you.

Step 1: Contact us

Call HMG 24-hour hotline at (852) 8199 1119 and provide the required information, including your personal information for Identification, policy number, mobile number and preferred network hospital or specialist (if any). HMG will advise you on the turnaround or notification times required for the arrangement(s) of the appropriate service provider(s), location(s), and estimated expenses upon request.

Step 2: Confirm service

Confirm with HMG whether to proceed with the service.

Step 3: Make appointment

Upon your confirmation, HMG will confirm the appointment with the service provider and notifying you including the name of service provider, address, date and time and related fee (if applicable) via e-message.

 

Tips: If any fees and charges are not covered under your policy or by the third-party company shall be borne by you.
