Sun Life Hong Kong Announces New General Manager for Agency

Hong Kong, Nov 9, 2022 – Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (“Sun Life Hong Kong” or “the Company”) announced today that the Company has appointed Eleonore Chow as General Manager, Agency, effective from 31 October 2022.

Eleonore brings close to 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to Sun Life Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Company, Eleonore was the Chief Partnership Distribution Officer at AXA, responsible for formulating strategy and leading teams to effectively deliver on business targets. She has also previously held various senior positions at major insurance companies.

In her new capacity, Eleonore will lead Sun Life Hong Kong’s agency channels as well as the core distribution functions. She will continue to grow the size and the capabilities of the Company’s agency force, turbocharging them to become the most respected best-in-class agency in the industry. She will also cultivate its agency force of Mainland China individuals to help transform its business model, enhance Sun Life Hong Kong’s service and productivity excellence, as well as increase market share.
